We want you to be satisfied with Vetox Discord Bot premium services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our premium subscriptions and services.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service use for more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service features not functioning as advertised
  • Request made within 7 days of initial purchase

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day grace period
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Discord server removal or bot removal from your server
  • Partial subscription periods (subscriptions are monthly/yearly)
  • Third-party payment processing fees

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team with your transaction ID
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing cycles
  • Maintain premium access until the current billing period ends
  • Not automatically qualify for a refund of the current period

6. Processing Times

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of service access.

8. Partial Refunds
