Refund Policy Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Vetox's premium services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for premium subscriptions purchased through our Service. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor, and refunds are subject to both this policy and Paddle's processing terms.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances within 3 days of purchase (or 14 days for EU residents):
- Technical issues preventing you from using the premium features for an extended period that we are unable to resolve
- Billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions
- Premium features materially not functioning as described at the time of purchase
- Dissatisfaction within 3 days of your initial purchase
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after the applicable refund window (3 days standard, 14 days EU) has passed
- Removing the bot from your server or deleting your Discord server
- Partial subscription periods — subscriptions provide access for the full billing cycle
- Third-party payment processing fees that may have been incurred
- Substantial use of premium features during the refund period where the service functioned as described
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, contact us through our Discord support server before the withdrawal period expires. Please note that if you have fully utilized the premium services during the withdrawal period and explicitly consented to immediate service delivery, the right of withdrawal may be limited as permitted by applicable law.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us through our Discord support server at https://discord.gg/vetox with the following information:
- Your Paddle transaction ID or receipt number
- Your Discord username and user ID
- A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your request (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Vetox dashboard:
- Cancellation stops future billing — no further charges will be made
- You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
- Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current period
- You may resubscribe at any time to regain premium features
Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. Typical processing times:
- Refund request review: up to 5 business days
- Refund processing by Paddle: 5–10 business days after approval
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us through our Discord support server before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback may result in: permanent suspension of your account, loss of access to all Vetox services, and being prohibited from future purchases. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent will be contested through Paddle.
Partial Refunds & Service Credits
In cases of extended service outages or partial feature unavailability, we may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion. These are calculated based on the duration and severity of the service interruption relative to your subscription cost. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and have no cash value.
