Terms of Service

By using Vetox Discord Bot and associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. You must meet the minimum age requirement set by Discord's Terms of Service to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Vetox is a Discord bot platform that provides server management tools and services, including:

• Server moderation and management tools (auto-moderation, logging, warnings)
• Automated role management, welcome systems, and self-assignable roles
• Custom embed messages, auto-responders, and notification systems
• Server analytics, XP/leveling systems, and engagement features
• Premium features for enhanced functionality and customization
• A web dashboard for server configuration and management

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
• Maintain the security of your Discord account and any dashboard sessions
• Provide accurate information when configuring the Service
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or in servers you manage
• Not share your dashboard access or allow unauthorized users to configure the bot on your behalf
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach

Vetox offers premium subscription plans with enhanced features:

• All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes as determined by Paddle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then
• If a payment fails, a 3-day grace period is provided during which premium features remain active while payment is retried
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect their renewal

You may not use the Service to:

• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate other users, Vetox staff, or any other person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or internal infrastructure
• Scrape, data-mine, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access control measures

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, branding, logos, and design, is owned by Vetox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

By configuring the bot, creating embeds, auto-responders, welcome messages, or other content through the Service ("User Content"), you grant Vetox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for ensuring it complies with these Terms, Discord's policies, and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. We do not guarantee that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. We are not responsible for any errors, bugs, or issues arising from our platform or from third-party services integrated with or used alongside the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vetox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for EU consumers where mandatory consumer protection rights apply.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vetox, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) User Content you create or configure through the Service.

We reserve the right to control all aspects of the Service, including the ability to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to delete user data without prior notice where we deem it necessary. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or make changes to improve the Service. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruption. In the event of a permanent discontinuation of paid features, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, prorated refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violations of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service
• For engaging in illegal activity or activity that harms other users
• For abuse of the Service, including but not limited to excessive API usage or exploitation of bugs
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice where practicable

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Server configuration data may be deleted. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund — refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you agree that all disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through mutual understanding and amicable negotiation between the parties. You agree not to initiate any lawsuit, legal proceeding, or court action against us in any jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to contact each other through our Discord support server and work in good faith toward a resolution within 30 days. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including EU consumer rights.

• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vetox regarding the Service
• No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
• Assignment — We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent
